- 6 cups packed basil, washed and de-stemmed
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup romano cheese
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 garlic cloves
Place all ingredients except cheese in a blender or food processor.
Blend until coarsely chopped.
Add cheese and blend until incorporated.
Transfer to storage container and either refridgerate or freeze.
