Activated Charcoal Soap
If you’ve never used black soap to bathe or wash your face with, it can seem totally counter-productive. But in reality, activated charcoal soap has amazing benefits for your skin and leaves it feeling so silky smooth!
DIY Artisan Soap
I remember how skeptical I was when I tried my first bar of charcoal facial soap.
Everyone raved about how amazing it was and how much they loved it. But could a bar of black soap really be all that?
I bought a (expensive) bar and decided to find out for myself. It only took one use for me to be totally hooked! It left my skin feeling so silky smooth and the essential oil combination smelled amazing!
So that became my mommy indulgement. Everyone knew not to touch mommy’s black soap. Ha!
Handmade Charcoal Soap
Soapmaking is something I’ve been wanting to learn for a long time but it feels so intimidating! Having to worry about the lye and doing the steps at just the right time. My sleep deprived mommy brain hasn’t felt quite up to that challenge yet!
But then I found melt and pour. Literally all you have to do it melt it, add what you want, and then pour it into a mold. DIY doesn’t get much easier than that!
